Staff

All of our staff are trained and have enhanced CRB checks. Every child is allocated a key person who monitors their individual progress and maximises their strengths while encouraging things they are maybe not so confident in. A termly report will be issued so you can evaluate how your child is getting on but all staff are available to talk through any concerns you may have at any session.

Hannah Grace

Play Assistant, QTS & Tapestry Coordinator

Hannah is a very welcome new addition to the team. Her passion is Early Years and has been working as a teacher in the Early Years Foundation Stage for over 11 years. While she was teaching she developed the outside area to further enhance the children’s learning and experiences. Hannah completed a Music degree with teaching and feels that music and creative arts plays a huge part in children’s development. She enjoys leading singing and music sessions and generally having fun with children. She also has a particular interest in messy play and craft activities. Hannah has 3 young children of her own who certainly keep her busy!

Hannah also held the position of Chair for the Pre-School for a number of years so she already had a knowledge of our ethos and how we run. She has also introduced Tapestry, an online system for monitoring the children’s development and sharing information with parents, and has been assisting staff to use and monitor the system.
